Where it began
From transportation to a wider vision.
The Wright Management Group LLC grew out of the development and expansion of Wright & Co., formerly known as Derive Transportation.
After graduating from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Communications, the founder knew he wanted to build an organization of his own. His education shaped an interest in how people connect, how businesses communicate, and how a thoughtful customer experience can give a venture its own identity.
As Wright & Co. grew, so did the ambition behind it. Transportation became the starting point for a broader vision: developing ventures in home organization, media, and marketing while continuing to learn about business management, operations, and entrepreneurship.

This broader vision led to the creation of The Wright Management Group LLC in 2023. The parent company offers a shared foundation for distinct businesses, each with its own identity, audience, and services.
The portfolio has developed over time; the founding of the parent company does not mean that all three divisions began operating in the same year.
We believe building a business requires more than offering a service. It involves thoughtful decisions, a clear identity, an understanding of customers, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The intention is to keep learning and growing while allowing each venture to develop in its own way.
